Monster Magnet has over the years released several studio albums, placed on top charts around the world, and performed live alongside names like Aerosmith, Metallica, and Rob Zombie. The band has a repertoire filled with hits like "Powertrip" and "Space Lord", and this fall they embark on their "35th Anniversary European Tour" with a stop in Sweden for a show at Fållan on October 16.

Monster Magnet is considered one of the most creative and versatile American bands today, credited with paving the way for the "stoner rock" genre. They are known for their unique sound, band authenticity, ability to musically evolve, and the intelligence in their songs. By blending garage rock, progressive rock, heavy metal, punk, and psychedelia, they have created a distinctive musical fusion.

In 1995, they released the album "Dopes To Infinity", featuring the song "Negasonic Teenage Warhead", which was a major success. Three years later, in 1998, "Powertrip" was released, marking their breakthrough, and in 1999 the album was certified gold by the RIAA. This album includes tracks like "Powertrip" and "Space Lord", both of which reached the top of Billboard's "Mainstream Rock Songs" chart.
