Jonathan Johansson has, over the past 15 years, established himself as one of Sweden’s most compelling and acclaimed artists. His debut album, En hand i himlen, released in 2009, earned him both a P3 Guld and a Grammis nomination, marking the start of what would become a long and celebrated career. Jonathan has released a total of seven critically acclaimed albums, with each new release unfolding more dimensions of the compelling artistry that defines Jonathan Johansson—broader, deeper, brighter, darker, and more intimate all at once. Following the 2020 album Scirocco—widely regarded as his most intricate and courageous work to date—Jonathan released Om Vi Får Leva in 2022. The album earned him a Grammis for Lyricist of the Year, and the subsequent solo tour in the spring of 2023 sold out nearly every concert stop.
