With his slicked-back hair and trademark leather jacket, G-Eazy introduced himself to the world in the late 2000s. His lyrics mixed a kind of boundless hedonism with gripping descriptions of a dark, inner chaos, and the American rapper quickly became somewhat of a cult figure with an organic and dedicated fan base. However, the big breakthrough took a little time, but when it came, it was all the more significant. His major label debut, 'These Things Happen' from 2014, included hits like 'I Mean It' and 'Tumblr Girls', and on the even more acclaimed follow-up 'When It's Dark Out', we find the Bebe Rexha collaboration 'Me, Myself & I', which today has over 1.2 billion streams on Spotify.

The pandemic affected many, including G-Eazy, who during the lockdown was inspired to create the more mature, introspective album 'Everything’s Strange Here' (2020), where he sang more than rapped, covered David Bowie, and sampled Pixies. Recently, G-Eazy returned with the first taste of his upcoming album 'Freak Show'. On the song titled 'Femme Fatale', he both honors women and declares himself a feminist. On January 23, 2025, "the James Dean of rap", better known as G-Eazy, will come to Fållan in Stockholm.
