Fållan has a rotating roster of local, delicious street food. You can always find hot food at Fållan. If you have any specific food allergies or queries in regards to the food at Fållan, please contact hello@fallan.nu.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas according to Swedish laws.

If you have lost something at Fållan, email lostandfound@fallan.nu with a detailed description of your lost item.

We receive many lost property requests, so your patience is appreciated. Items are reviewed in the order they were received, and we will get back to you on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Fållan keep lost and found items for a maximum of three weeks. After this period, they are passed on to local charity shops. Valuable items may be held for a longer period. Items such as passports, IDs and mobile phones are securely disposed of if not collected within the stated time frame of three weeks.

Please note we are not responsible for any personal items lost on site.

If you're going to a big event or concert at Fållan, you can only bring a small bag – no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper.

Rules can be a little different for each event, so make sure to check the event info on our website or visit the Swedish police website to get all the details.

Fållan is a 4 minute walk from Globen’s station (Subway and Tvärbana).

Fållan is a standing venue, so there aren’t any fixed seats where you can see the stage. However, there’s a bar area next to the stage where you can sit and take a break – but you won’t be able to see the stage from there.

Yes! Fållan is accessible for people with disabilities. There are 2 wheelchair spaces available for each event, and these need to be booked in advance.

Fållan’s cloakroom is open during most of our opening hours where you’ll be able to check in your belongings.

The start and end-times vary depending on the gig. Check with the concert’s promoter for any updates on timings for the night.

Fållan is a cashless venue, our bars and food traders only accept card and contactless payment methods.

Fållan does not have guest parking at the venue, but there are several public parking lots in the area of Slakthusområdet.

You’ll find tickets to our upcoming events under What’s On. Please be aware of scammers trying to sell tickets to sold out events. Fållan does not take responsibility for tickets purchased from agents or other sources.

In the event of a show being canceled, refunds will be in accordance with the promoter’s T&Cs at their discretion – you will need to contact them and/or your ticket agent.

Fållan is dedicated to being inclusive and accessible, giving a memorable experience to everyone who visits our venue. If you’re attending a ticketed event at Fållan, contact the ticket distributor to book accessibility tickets or tickets for support workers / personal assistants.

Please be advised that the lighting at Fållan can be dangerous to people with epilepsy or a history of seizures. Fållan is not liable for any harm or distress this may cause.

* Identification is required upon entry. If you do not have a valid identification on you, you may be denied entry. 

* When entering Fållan, you agree to be searched upon arrival. If you do not consent to a search, you will be denied entry.

* CLUB NIGHTS: are usually 20+ or 23+ unless otherwise is specified in the event’s info.

* CONCERTS: are generally 18+. If a concert is All Ages (13+) it will be specified at the What’s On page.
